This privacy policy covers Pixel Real Estate ("we", "us"), a project run by Alina Amirkhanian as an individual, not a company. She is the one responsible for your data; write to support@pixelrealestate.homes.

Each of these carries a random code that ties together the pages opened in one sitting. The code is made up in your browser, is not linked to your account, your email or your address, and disappears when you close the tab	On every page view, so we can see how many people find the site, from where, and what they look at

Your cart and watchlist are never sent to us at all — they're stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and disappear if you clear your browser data. The one exception is notifications: if you ask us to tell you when a particular plot is taken, we have to keep that plot's number together with your browser's delivery address, because otherwise there is no way to know whom to notify. That list holds nothing else — no email, no name — and it disappears the moment you turn notifications off.

Content reports are submitted anonymously — a report carries no account, name or email. For about a day after it is sent, the anti-spam log described above still holds the IP address the request came from, so in that window the two could in principle be lined up by time; after that the log is deleted and the report stands on its own.

What we don't do

We don't run third-party advertising trackers or ad pixels on this site.
We don't sell your personal data to anyone.
We don't ask for or store government ID, card numbers, or bank details — payment is handled entirely by our payment processor (see below), which never shares your payment credentials with us.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

Supabase — hosts our database and handles account login. Stores everything in the table above.
Dodo Payments — our reseller and merchant of record: it processes card payments. It receives your email address, the amount and the number of plots in the order; your card details are entered on its page, and a card number never reaches us. What Dodo Payments does with your data is set out in its own privacy policy.
Netlify — hosts the website and the server-side code that talks to the services above, and keeps our daily backup copy of the database (see Section 5).
Your browser's push service (Google, Apple or Mozilla, depending on your browser) — only if you switch on notifications. It receives the delivery address your own browser generates for you, and the text of each notification. We never send it your email, your name, or anything about your account.
Resend — sends the emails we send ourselves: the certificate for a plot you bought, the confirmation when you leave your email while checkout is paused, the alert that the link on your plot has stopped answering, and a single reminder if you went to checkout and didn’t finish — sent about a day later, only if the plot is still free, no more than once a month to one address, with a link to stop these reminders for good. Receives your email address and the contents of that email.
Anthropic — drafts a suggested reply for us when you write in the support chat, and checks what you put on your plot — the image, the name, the description and the link — for content that does not belong on a public map. Receives the text of your chat message, or the image and the text you put on your plot. Nothing is sent to it unless you write to us, or put a picture, a name, a description or a link on your plot.

Account emails — sign-up confirmation and password reset — are written by Supabase and handed to Resend for delivery. Both are listed above, and the email itself carries your address and a one-time link, nothing else.

Storage

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage (not traditional tracking cookies) to keep you logged in and to remember your cart/watchlist on your own device. Disabling local storage will log you out and clear your cart. We set no cookies of any kind. Fonts and code are served from this domain. Plot images and live map updates come from Supabase, our database host (listed above), which sees your IP address the way any server does and nothing else. No advertising, analytics or social-media code is loaded. If you add the site to your home screen, a service worker is installed; it stores only the offline page and the app icon, and never a copy of the site's code. The per-tab code the visit counter uses, and the short tag of a link we shared if you arrived through one, live in session storage and are thrown away when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

Account and ownership records are kept as long as your account exists, since a plot's history is part of what owning a plot means on this site. You can ask us to delete your account — see Section 7.

If the site ever closes: the map stays online as a read-only archive for at least five years, showing each plot’s picture, link and description, except content that breaks the Terms and links that stop working or become harmful (see Section 8 of the Terms). Before it closes we email owners who have an email on their account; that is a service email, not marketing.
Backups: once a day we save a copy of the database with Netlify, our host, so the map survives a failure of the database itself. Each copy is kept for 35 days and then deleted automatically, so anything that is deleted — at your request or otherwise — is also gone from the backups within 35 days. Notification delivery addresses and the anti-spam log are never copied into backups.
Support chat messages: kept while the conversation is useful to both of us, and deleted on request — the anonymous account the chat created goes with them. We do this by hand when you ask: there is no automatic clear-out yet, so until you ask, an old conversation stays where it is.
The list for when checkout is paused: if checkout is ever paused and you leave your email, it is kept until we write to you that checkout is back, and is taken off the list at any time if you ask.
Page-view records: kept for 12 months. The only code on them is the per-tab one described in Section 1, which is not tied to an account or an address, so they cannot be traced to a person or removed individually.
Anti-spam log with IP addresses: deleted automatically about a day after the request.
Content reports: kept after they are dealt with, so we can show what was reported and what we did about it.

Age requirement

This service is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at support@pixelrealestate.homes and we'll look into it.

Your rights

Your choices

You can edit or remove the image, link, and description on any plot you own at any time from "My Plots."
You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data by emailing support@pixelrealestate.homes. Note that a plot itself, once sold, stays on the map as part of its public record — deleting your account removes your personal details from it but the plot's ownership history stays part of the map's record.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
