Privacy Policy

Pixel Real Estate is operated by PRS ("we", "us").

1. What we collect

Your cart and watchlist are never sent to us at all — they're stored only in your own browser (localStorage) and disappear if you clear your browser data.

Content reports are submitted anonymously — a report is not linked to your account or identity in any way we can trace back to you.

2. What we don't do

• We don't run third-party advertising trackers or ad pixels on this site.
• We don't sell your personal data to anyone.
• We don't ask for or store government ID, card numbers, or bank details — payment is handled entirely by our payment processor (see below), which never shares your payment credentials with us.

3. Who we share data with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Supabase — hosts our database and handles account login. Stores everything in the table above.
• NOWPayments — processes cryptocurrency payments. Receives the amount and plot(s) being purchased; we never see or store your wallet's private keys.
• Netlify — hosts the website and the server-side code that talks to the two services above.
• [Resend or other email provider, once connected] — sends purchase-confirmation emails, if you're logged in when you buy.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage (not traditional tracking cookies) to keep you logged in and to remember your cart/watchlist on your own device. Disabling local storage will log you out and clear your cart.

5. How long we keep it

Account and ownership records are kept as long as your account exists, since a plot's history is part of what "permanent ownership" means on this site. You can ask us to delete your account — see Section 7.

6. Age requirement

This service is not directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us at pixelrealestate.help@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

7. Your choices

• You can edit or remove the image, link, and description on any plot you own at any time from "My Plots."
• You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data by emailing pixelrealestate.help@gmail.com. Note that a plot itself, once sold, is a permanent record on the map — deleting your account removes your personal details from it but the plot's ownership history stays part of the map's record.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
